Reporting a wrong rate

This is the most useful thing you can send us, and we would rather hear about it than not. Please include the product or tariff code, the rate the site showed, and the rate you believe is correct — ideally with where it came from (a Customs assessment, the Tariff Search tool, a broker). Rates confirmed against the current schedule are re-marked as verified.

Other things worth writing about

A missing category you would like to see on the site.
A product the lookup cannot classify, or classifies oddly.
A bug on the website or in the browser extension.
Press and general enquiries.

What we cannot help with

We are not a customs broker and cannot advise on an individual shipment, clear an entry, or intervene in an assessment. For a specific consignment, contact the Bahamas Customs Department directly or use a licensed broker.
